Faux Finishes

Faux finish means fake finish. Often this technique is used to replicate a type of stone or possibly a pattern. The result is a textured wall with more depth than a flat finish.

Trompe L'oeil

A French word that literally means deceive the eye. It has come to mean a style of painting in which objects are depicted with photographically realistic detail.

Painted Nurseries and Children's Rooms

Painting children's rooms and nurseries are a great opportunity to incorporate bold splashes of color and whimsical shapes, like butterflies, into your home. It allows children to create and explore a magical world right in their own bedroom.
